SEE, Inc’s compact “pocket” type HydroAIR Wet Dust Collector in stainless or galvanized construction is the downdraft table with a solid top and side collared inlet/s. This simple cross over design allows for economy and proven efficiency and success in the small cfm wet dust collection (8,000 cfm and smaller). This high efficiency impeller type wet collector in stainless steel represents a long lived, economical wet collector at a low cost with its manual water level and clean out. Automatic Electronic Water Level Control is a feature brought to finest design with the 5 probe design and multiple alert features. Required for Magnesium along with the 24-7 vent design.
Unit shown is a 3,000 cfm collector with standard blower options giving up to 4” external static pressure capability.
Manual water level is monitored with the use of a Magnahelic Ga. To verify the 3-4” pressure drop always required across the collection impellers. Automatic electronic water level control and motor controls/starters are other options often selected.
